• Indigestion related abdomen pain – Raw form or decoction of saunf.
• Digestion problems – Ajwain, jeera and saunf – chew in suitable qty.
• Colitis and mucus problem in stool – Saunf ark + ark of makoy (herbal).
• Non-bleeding piles – Saunf and mishri – with warm milk.
• Bleeding piles – Saunf, dhaniya, jeera – 1 tea spoon eack – boil in 250 ml of water for 15 mins – filter – add 1 tea spoon desi ghee – twice a day.
