Shipping Policy – Ath Ayurdhamah
We presently offer shipping to an address in India by courier or Postal Service only. The mode and transit time for the shipping depends on the weight of the parcel and destination address.
Shipping Costs
Because of the nature of products being shipped and average size of packages, we charge a standard fee of INR 150 per order. This is irrespective of the mode of shipping which is primarily dependent on availability of courier services for your address.
Shipping Time
We normally ship orders within 2 to 3 days from placement of order. If your order is highly customized, shipping might take up to 6 days. Your order will reach you through courier as per their normal delivery period depending on the delivery address. To some cities/towns, it can take up to 7 days from the time of pick up to deliver the package.
Shipping Address
In order to provide effective service and timely deliveries, please ensure your correct pin-code is mentioned in the shipping address of the Registration Form. Also, it is very recommended that you provide your contact number while registering.
Billing Address
The Billing Address mentioned on the order must match the credit card details if you choose credit card as your payment method. If you wish to change the shipping address you specified at the time of placing the order, you can send us an email at info@athayurdhamah.com within 24 hours – clearly mentioning your order number. We will accept the change if your order has not been dispatched yet.
